Whether you are looking for a one-off audit to check on your compliance, contracts or procedures, or looking for ongoing support, perhaps coaching and mentoring of staff, maybe reviewing your recruitment or performance management systems, or do some major work around developing your business, we can help.
We can commit up to three days a week to any one company, either on a fixed term or permanent basis. This could be on a regular day of the week or month, or in a block, whatever suits you. Your business may opt to undergo the full audit before deciding what sort of commitment you want from us going forward.
Fees are competitive and will depend upon the nature of the work, the length of any contract or the number of days per week or month that you want to commit to. We base our charges on a daily rate.
